1. Use of the Site

The Site and its tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No account is required. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping at a rate that degrades service for others, or using automated systems to overload our infrastructure.

2. No warranty on results

Our calculators are provided for general information. While we take care to implement standard formulas correctly, we do not warrant that results are free from error or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it for financial, legal, academic, medical or professional decisions.

3. Intellectual property

All text, design, graphics, logos and code on the Site are owned by ChennaiPetals or used under licence, and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content without prior written permission. Short quotations with a clear link back to the source page are permitted.

Anything you type into a tool remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over it and, because processing happens in your browser, we never receive it.

4. Third-party content and advertising

The Site may display advertisements and links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any third party. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChennaiPetals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any tool or part of the Site at any time without notice.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
